An Automatic Mono Layer Biodegradable Plastic Film Blowing Machine is an industrial extrusion system designed to produce continuous, single-layer plastic rolls from biodegradable or compostable polymers (e.g., PBAT, PLA, and starch blends). These films are ideal for manufacturing eco-friendly shopping bags, packaging, and agricultural covers.

Core Working Process

Feeding & Melting: Biodegradable granules are poured into the hopper and fed into a heated extruder barrel.

Extrusion: A rotating screw melts and mixes the resin at high temperatures, pushing it through a circular slit die to form a continuous molten tube.

Blowing & Cooling: Air is blown into the center of the tube, expanding it into a large "bubble". The film cools as it is drawn upwards through cooling rings and collapsing frames.

Winding: The flattened tube passes through nip rollers and is automatically wound onto cardboard cores into finished rolls.
