An ABC Three Layer Film Plant (specifically an ABC Blown Film Line) is an advanced extrusion system that simultaneously melts and co-extrudes three distinct layers of plastic (A, B, and C) through a single die head. This allows manufacturers to combine different polymers to create high-performance, durable, and cost-effective plastic films.

Core Components of the Plant

Three Extruders: Each extruder operates independently with its own motor, screw-barrel, and temperature zones to process different raw materials.

Co-extrusion Die & Air Ring: Directs the three distinct melts into concentric layers and blows them upward into a vertical tube (bubble). An air ring ensures rapid cooling for bubble stability.

Collapsing & Haul-Off Unit: Collapses the plastic bubble into a flat, double-layered sheet and draws it upward.

Winder: Heavy-duty pneumatic winders collect the finished film into massive, evenly tensioned rolls.
