An Agricultural Mulching Film Making Machine sales@rzmmachinery.com sales@rzmmachinery.com is an industrial extrusion system used to produce plastic films for agriculture. These films help farmers retain soil moisture, suppress weeds, and regulate temperature. Available in mono-layer or multi-layer co-extrusion setups, the machine melts polymer granules like LLDPE or LDPE and blows or casts them into uniform, durable films.
How the Machine Works
Raw Material Feeding: Plastic granules (primarily LLDPE/LDPE) are combined with specific masterbatches (such as UV stabilizers, colors, or silver/black pigments) and fed into the hopper.
Melting and Extrusion: The materials pass through a heated barrel and are continuously melted and mixed by rotating screws.
Film Formation: The molten plastic is pushed through a circular die. Depending on the machine type, the plastic is either inflated with air into a large tubular bubble (blown film) or extruded onto chill rolls to form a flat web (cast film).
Cooling and Winding: The film is cooled, collapsed, and wound into large, ready-to-use rolls of various widths and thicknesses.
