Plastic Mulch Film Making Machine Suppliers

A Plastic Mulch Film Making Machine Suppliers Suppliers is an industrial extrusion line that melts plastic polymers (like LLDPE, LDPE, and HDPE) to produce continuous agricultural films. These films are vital for modern farming, used to control weeds, retain soil moisture, regulate temperature, and boost crop yields.

How It Works (The Blown Film Process)

Feeding & Melting: Plastic resin granules and additives (like anti-UV stabilizers or colorants) are fed into a hopper and passed through a heated barrel. A rotating screw melts and mixes the raw materials into a molten state.

Extrusion & Inflation: The molten plastic is pushed through a circular die, emerging as a continuous tubular film. Air is then blown into the tube (via the die) to inflate it into a large bubble.

Cooling & Collapsing: The extruded bubble cools and travels upward through an air ring and collapsing frame to flatten the film into double layers.

Winding & Slitting: The flattened film passes through nip rollers and is wound onto large rolls. Depending on requirements, the rolls can be slit to specific widths and customized with punched holes for plant seedlings.
